    在思想观念多元化发展的背景下，高职院校的人才培养工作要更重视思政教育，为了提高思政教育的水平，高校开始广泛采用“三全育人”理念。本文通过分析高职院校思想政治教育工作的开展现状，进一步分析了基于“三全育人”理念的高职院校思想政治教育策略。
