    Abstract：

    当前随着教育理念的不断更新与发展，课程改革不断推进，高校体育课教学也发生了翻天覆地的变化。相较于以往，体育课程教学更加注重发挥育人的属性，从情感、态度、思想等方面对学生开展全面化的培养，旨在锻炼、提升学生身体素养的同时，进一步完善学生的人格与品格。本文从课程思政的视角出发，对高校体育课教学融入思政元素的必要性、价值以及具体的构建元素和构建途径等展开探讨，以期能为相关人员提供参考。
