    进入新时代国有企业反腐败斗争形势依然严峻复杂，对国有企业纪检监察工作提出了更高的要求，需要国有企业纪检监察机构在管理方式上探索创新、实现突破，才能巩固发展反腐败斗争压倒性胜利。目标化管理目标清晰、可操作性强，适宜于现阶段国有企业纪检监察工作对管理方式的改革要求，有利于一体推进不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐。
