Abstract：
一个卓越的班级需要经过不断完善的建设才能初具雏形，一位优秀的学生需要经过循序渐进的教育才能全面发展。因此，在建设班级和提升学生的时候，需要根据班级、学生的发展规律，采用合适的方法来促进班级和学生的共同发展。本文立足于所带班级和学生的发展规律，将班级和学生的发展分成四个阶段，在每个阶段都针对班级、学生呈现的不同特点和水平，采用合适、恰当的方法来建设班级，提升学生。
