    落实立德树人根本任务的关键在教师，教师的教学观会直接影响学生发展。立足核心素养目标，小学语文教师要准确理解新课程的基本理念和指导思想，透彻掌握教育教学的发展规律，基于核心素养的立意，小学语文教师必须从教学目标、教学内容、教学方式、教学评价上转变教学观。充分发挥语文学科独特的育人功能，改变新时代用语文核心素养生活的新面貌。
