Abstract：
以往的研究表明学业压力是学生心理健康的一个风险因素，但这种关系的具体影响机制尚不清楚。本文梳理了研究中学生学业压力和抑郁的文献，尝试探讨学业压力对青少年抑郁的影响以及青少年抑郁的多种影响因素。有助于理解学业压力是如何预测青少年抑郁的，并为保护青少年心理健康的预防和干预措施提供理论支持。
