    Abstract：

    在城市发展建设过程中高层建筑成为重要的建筑形式,这样也增加了电梯的使用量.早在2014年我国电梯年产量、实际使用量及年增长量已位居世界首位.但是随着电梯使用量的增多安全事故发生量也随之增加,如电梯直降、电梯内困人或夹人等.因此应重点关注电梯使用安全情况并对安全风险进行评估,构建起电梯速度监测系统,以此来保证电梯运行及使安全,为使用者提供保障.
