    Abstract：

    随着BIM技术在国内的发展和应用,BIM在安装工程的管线综合应用方面的优势已经突显出来,为了满足不断增加的建筑物规模和使用功能的复杂程度,设计企业、施工企业甚至是业主方对使用BIM技术进行安装各专业管线综合排布的要求越发的强烈.BIM技术的可视性能够让设计师在虚拟的三维环境下清晰的阅览管线安装效果,发现传统二维设计中的碰撞重叠,及时对设计方案进行合理优化,避免在施工阶段出现的错漏碰缺的问题,极大的提高了各专业管线综合排布的设计能力,提升工程的设计品质.
