    近年来,随着新时代的发展,建筑行业迎来了新的发展机遇,也面临着更加严峻的挑战,要求企业必须切实做好预决算审计工作.但是从目前来看,在建筑工程预决算审计环节,还存在一些问题,影响了审计的效果,需要建筑企业及时更新观念认识,强化基本建设投资管理,确定好工程造价的同时,促进资金使用效率的提高.
