    苏洵的名气很大,在很大程度上其实并不是因为"唐宋八大家"的原因,是因为另外两个原因.第一,他是苏辙和苏轼的父亲.他培养了两个非常杰出的儿子,父名因子贵而显.他不打算为考试制度浪费自己的生命,他要让自己的生命更有价值.苏洵的人生目标,从之前的科举转向两个新的目标:第一,通过自由的阅读、写作,成为一个真正的学问家、思想家、文章家:第二,精心培养两个儿子.
