    整本书的阅读与研讨越来越重要,是未来人才发展的需要.积极发挥教师的"主导"作用,精心遴选推荐作品,制定可执行的阅读计划,积极倡导自由阅读,教师有效干预,适时指导,科学指导,开展一系列的语文实践活动,在语言建构与运用的基础上养成良好的阅读习惯与阅读能力,才能保证整本书阅读与研讨任务的最终落实.
