    Abstract：

    评价的根本属性在于"是为了促进发展而不是为了鉴别"的教育价值取向.无论是课堂教学还是课外活动,开展同学之间的竞赛都能充分调动学生的积极性和主动性,让学生在竞争中学会与他人合作,使之产生积极向上的心理状态,培养学生的自我管理能力,进而培养其健全的人格.因此,在班级建设中,需要构建一套合理的评价激励机制,来激发学生的学习积极性,能更好地促成学生的自主管理,进而全面推动班级的自主管理.
