    Abstract：

    把竞争机制引入高职英语课堂教育活动中,通过适度的竞争来促进学生英语学习,竞争机制能够突显学生在课堂中的主体地位,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,调动学生学习英语的积极性,培养学生运用语言进行交际的能力,提升学生们的团结力和创造力.同时,竞争机制也有利于提高课堂教育教学质量.
