    新常态背景下,完善高校学生党建工作,可以发挥学生党建引领作用,实现对学生的全面培养.同时,思政教育作为育人工作的重要组成部分,对于培育学生正确价值观产生深远意义.学生党建工作与思政教育之间具有一定互动性,在党建工作与思政教育互动发展过程中,还需要明确二者之间的逻辑关系,积极以二者协同创新为前提,加快高校教育教学改革的深化发展,提升二者协同创新与育人工作效果.
