    在新课程教学改革的引领下,作为教师要注重趣味化教学模式,通过构建现代教育体系,提升教学引导和统筹协调的综合能力,可以有效提升初中历史教学效果.作为初中历史教师,要充分认识到教学创新的重要意义,深入分析当前初中历史教学存在的主要问题,有的放矢采取趣味化的教学改进模式、培养学十学习兴趣、提升综合教学效果.
