    Abstract：

    结合当前我省高职院校改革的背景,在当前的教育背景之下,我以培养高职学生的核心素养作为目标,在培养核心素养为目标的教学中,结合学生的层次以及高职教育改革的背景,开展分层教学的模式,本文从三个方面开展高职英语分层教学:对学生进行分层;逐层次设计教学目标;在教学策略上进行分层.
