Abstract：

新课程标准下的高中班主任班级管理要注重学生全面的发展.在高中这个阶段,班主任要及时调整自己的班级管理方案,有条不紊地实施和开展德育教育,把握德育教育的发展方向,寻找最佳的教学时机渗透德育教育,结合学生的特点,进行不同形式的德育教育活动,发挥德育教育的育人功效,从而让学生深深地受到德育教育的影响.
