Abstract：
随着我国改革开放的不断深入,市场经济快速发展,人民的生活水平已经发生了翻天覆地的变化,人民群众的需求已经由物质需求转变为精神文明需求,在这样的背景下,人均年平均图书阅读数量正在持续上升,但与以色列、日本、美国、欧美等国相比,我国的人均年平均阅读数量还有很大的上升空间,为此我国构建"全面阅读"理念,鼓励更多的人参与到阅读活动中,养成阅读的习惯,图书馆作为图书管理部门,要积极的推广图书阅读活动,通过活动促使人们养成阅读的良好习惯,本文就图书馆推广理论的构建进行研究.
