    当下,大学生毕业面临着严峻的就业形势,已引起全社会的高度关注,怎样帮助大学生成功就业是社会和学校必须认真面对的问题.高校开展创新教育鼓励和引导大学生积极创新,选择自主创业,初见成果的同时也应清醒地看到,大学生存在把握政策不全面、择业观念有偏差等不利因素.高校加强探索就业指导课程改革与实践,通过规范的流程增强大学生创业能力,具有重大意义.本文就此展开了论述,以供参阅.
