Abstract：
高校英语教学与高中及义务教育阶段的英语教学有很大的不同,在高校的英语教学中,一个不可忽视的重要目标就是要提高学生的专业英语水平,英语教学逐渐步入以就业为导向的教学轨道.在当前的高校英语教学中,由于教学过程与就业中学生所需要具备的英语能力之间有着巨大的差异,导致学生在毕业后走上就业岗位后,无法有效的利用在高校中所学习到的英语知识做好自己的工作,以至于学生在工作岗位上仍旧不得不再花费更多的时间去提高自己的就业向的英语能力,限制了个人的发展.
