    随着我国皮划艇运动事业的发展,业余皮划艇运动员数量也在逐步增加.为了有效的提高业余皮划艇运动员的专项力量发展,我们根据皮划艇力量训练的特点,结合数据统计法、实验法和文献资料法与实践训练进行结合,本文笔者主要通过科学的理论和实验结果为当前皮划艇运动员提供一些科学的训练方法和建议.
