Abstract：
如果把朋辈心理辅导工作定位只局限在心理健康教育中的治疗和干预上,活动将难以开展.借助朋辈心理辅导推动高中心理健康教育的横向发展,更有益于发挥学生的主体作用,有利于解决高中专业心理教师缺乏而不能满足心理咨询需求的问题,形成"自助―助人―互助"的心理辅导机制.
