    通过选项走班教学提高了师生对体育课的兴趣、学生体育测试成绩有所提高、形成一套可行的选项走班教学模式、创编一套《体育与健康》校本教材、使学生掌握一至两项终生受益的运动项目、改变家长对体育课的认识.
