    随着国家经济的提升,我国教育事业也在不断的进行改革.其中的班级管理是学校目前比较重视的教学手段.现阶段,传统的教学方式已经不适用于当下的社会与学生的发展,所以,高中班主任开始构建学习型班级,以此来提升学生的学习动力以及班级的凝聚力.
