良好的师生关系对于提升学生的学习效率具有重要的作用.良好师生关系的建立包含多个方面的内容,教师要在教学过程中做到以身作则,要尊重班级内的每一位学生.提升学生的学习效率除了需要建立和谐的师生关系之外,还需要教师改进自身的教学方式和转变教学理念.
