Abstract：
培养学生的学习能力是当前教育教学改革的重要任务,学习能力指的是学生能够适应学习活动,自主完成学习任务,获得学习效果的能力,属于一种综合能力.在当前高中物理教学过程中,教师必须要重视培养学生的学习能力,这是一项循序渐进的系统性工程,教师必须要正确认识到学生的认知结构以及发展规律,在物理实践教学过程中培养学生的学习主动权,能够引导学生主动提出疑问,发表想法和意见,从而事半功倍的完成教学任务.所以本文从以下几方面分析探究如何在物理教学过程中培养学生的自主学习能力,并提出实践教学指导方法.
