Abstract：
随着现代教育的普及,越来越多的人开始重视对孩子们文化教育的培养.而在学生学习的路程中,初中的教育也起到了不可忽视的作用.我们今天以初中数学的教育为例,对初中数学的教学对于学生们的成长的影响进行探讨.当然在初中数学的教学过程中基本都是老师将其自身的固定记忆传授给学生,这其中也存在着许多问题,我们要对这一问题进行总结,并提出新的教学方式,以此增加学生们对初中数学的学习效率.由此教师们可以从精讲精练入手,并根据实际教学情况提出相关方法.
