    随着我国对于基础性教育的要求提升,教育部颁布了《幼儿园园长专业标准》,幼儿园园长的素质要求也在不断提高,社会与家长对于幼儿园教育团队的质量关注度不断攀升.对于幼儿园整体来说,幼儿园园长的管理教育水平直接影响到了幼儿园整体未来发展,关乎学前教育质量的提高,因此对于幼儿园园长素质的内涵构建研究显得尤为重要.
