    进入二十一世纪以来,我国的社会经济不断发展,新时代背景下,如何实行更好的人力资源管理是国有企业工作的重中之重.本文根据当前国有企业在进行人才培训时存在的问题,对思维导图在培训中的重要性进行分析,并适时提出相应的解决措施,同时对具体应用做出阐述.
