    Abstract：

    随着"以人为本"教学理念的不断深入,初中英语教学也积极的进行了变革,传统的灌输式教学也转变成为了学生"自主、合作、探究"学习,从而更好的实现学生核心素养的培养.因此,在新课改背景下,小组合作学习被有效的运用到了初中英语教学中,树立了学生的主体性,发挥了学生的主观能动性,使学生自主的进行英语知识的学习,从而激发了学生的学习兴趣,营造了良好的教学氛围,并强化了师生之间、生生之间的互动交流,提高了学生的学习效率.本文就小组合作学习在初中英语教学中的有效性进行探讨.
