Abstract：
随着教育改革的不断深化,教师需打破传统的教学模式在教学内容上进行创新,积极探索教材的单元主题教学目标,本着因材施教的教学原则进行授课.在小学语文四年级一线教学工作中,教师应将单元主题内容与小练笔相结合进行教学,在教学工作中推行新的思路和教学手段,最大化提高小学生的综合语文水平.
