Abstract：
作为一名小学数学教师,首先要提前备课,为搞好课堂教学做好充分的准备;其次,根据小学生的年龄特点,我们应该在课堂上创造尽可能多的生动情景,运用游戏的方式和直观的教具和学习辅助手段来调动学生的学习积极性.第三,正确运用评价,多鼓励、少批评,使评价发挥积极作用.第四,小学生的可塑性很强.教师在教学中不应忽视学生良好习惯的培养.
