    在当今社会迅速发展的潮流中,班主任是教师团队中至关重要的人,是一个班级集体的核心成员,是班级的总策划人,又是幼儿学习的引路人,在教学过程中带领幼儿树立正确的价值观,是孩子们心中的榜样,他们担负起伟大的重任.当今人们对幼儿的教育逐渐重视,班主任在此过程中充当着重要角色,他们不仅应管理好班级,更要培养幼儿形成正确的价值观,做好学前教育工作.
