Abstract：
分层教学,能够根据学生的实际情况和能力来进行适应的教学,这样的教学更加具有针对性,也能促进学生的发展.每个学生都有自己的特点,都存在差异,我们在教学时也应该关注这些差异.我们现在的教育不再是像以往那样只是灌输学生知识,而是应该帮助学生的个性发展,实现差异化教育,这样的教育才能培养出具有自己特点的学生,而不是相同的人.本文针对分层教学模式在初中英语阅读教学中的应用,提出了几点自己的看法.
