Abstract：
在传统教学中,课堂的主要形式是以教师传授,学生被动接受的形式进行,但是在这种方式下所取得效果十分低下.因此,在面对我国现阶段的人才需求和教育改革背景下,贯彻以人为本的教学理念,是必然的选择.本文将论述高中数学问题导学方式在以人为本的教学理念下的实施策略.
