Abstract：
高职院校与高校的教育使命是存在一定差异的,高校主要为社会提供的是知识型人才,而高职院校为社会提供的主要是应用型人才,因此在开展高职院校教育教学时就应该明确高职院校的人才培养方向与高职院校的教育教学内容,而高职院校应该以素质教育作为背景,提升学生的体育能力,并借由对学生的体育能力的提升,培养学生的综合素质.本文就主要围绕以提升学生的综合能力为主的高职体育教学改革进行探讨.
