Abstract：
新课改背景下小学数学课程教学中教师通过对学生核心素养培养,有助于实现既定教学目标,为学生数学知识综合学习能力提高起到促进作用.基于此,本文主要从理论上就数学核心素养的内涵以及价值体现详细探究,然后探究核心素养培养实现措施,希望能为实际教学起到积极作用.
