    Abstract：

    新课改下的教育教学,是把学生看作是课堂的主体,让学生能够自主性学习,那么如何使学生主动学习、积极学习,就成为当下教师最值得探究的话题,而本文中将从高中的体育田径教学出发,通过体育学习,培养学生的核心素养,并结合自身的教学经验,使高中体育田径教学具有非凡的意义.
