Abstract：
优秀的地方文化是中国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,是高校开展思想政治教育的宝贵精神财富.本文以"宁波精神"为例,探讨了其内涵发展,挖掘其所蕴含的思想政治教育功能,尝试将地方文化精神与高校思想政治教育相结合,发挥地方优秀传统文化对大学生人格培养和价值导向的积极推动作用.
