    初中数学是义务教育阶段重要的文化基础课,学好数学,对学生的终身学习和全面的发展有着极其重要的意义.为此,教学中,教师要落实好学生的主体地位,培育学生学习数学的浓厚兴趣,培育增强学生学习数学的内动力;要在新理念指导下,创新教学,有效的组织教学,不断提升数学教学有效性,实现学生"人人学有价值的数学"的目标.
