    Abstract：

    积极发言是引导学生在课堂中认真思考、努力学习的一种表现,同时也是重要的教学反馈手段.素质教育理念下培养和引导学生课堂发言的积极性,不仅能发展学生的思维能力,促进学生口语表达能力的提升,同时还能发展学生的应变能力,使其形成良好的心理素质,提高学生课堂参与的积极性.但是在实际教学中,经常碰到学生不积极发言,整个教学过程沉闷缺乏活力的情况.如何在课堂教学中让学生畅所欲言,主动参与教学活动当中是很多中职教师面临的问题.文章就中职语文教学中学生发言的积极性进行了探讨.
