    烹饪是一种文化,是我国传统文化的象征.传统菜肴是我国古人积累的经验,对传统菜肴进行一定的创新,已经成为了我国目前文化的主要象征.传统是创新的主要内容以及基础内容,并且是对文化的一种发展.在继承传统菜肴的基础之上进行一定的创新,满足人们在饮食上的具体需求.丰富着国人的饮食生活,让世界各国的人们都能够感受到中国饮食文化的魅力.本文主要针对传统菜肴的传承和创新进行主要的研究.
