    在新课程改革下,要求在平日教学中,教师要与学生积极互动,实现师生良好互动交流,这是提高小学生数学素养的基础.作为一名小学数学教师,要尽量调动课堂教学氛围,为学生营造愉悦的、和谐的学习环境,让小学生在互动型课堂中学习和成长.
