Abstract：
健美操是一种在音乐伴奏之下进行的一项有氧运动,它能够有效塑造形体,保证学生身体健康和休闲娱乐,其具有极大的艺术性和节奏感,所以通过练习之后能够有效锻炼人体的协调力与灵敏度,促使人能够实现全面发展,培养审美能力和纠正一些不良形态,所以长期以来受到了越来越多学生的喜爱.当前教学过程中还是多多少少存在一些问题的,对此这就需要教师使用各种方式创新教学模式,提升教学效率.
