    目前高校学风存在诸多问题,而引导学生考研是促进学风建设的重要途径.高校在学风建设过程中应建立完善的考研引导机制.优化教育教学模式、营造良好氛围、制定考研激励机制、发挥成功人物的感召力、介绍学科前沿动态、发挥榜样的力量等是引导和促进本科生考研的有效措施.
