    当前,国有企业在市场经济的发展中发挥着极其重要的作用,并且对其自身的发展也提出更高的要求.同 时,在国有企业员工培训方面,加强其人力资源的开发与培训创新已经成为重要的研究课题.本文就对国企人力 资源培训现状进行分析,并试探性地提出几点创新路径,以便相关人士借鉴和参考.
