    教师开展教学活动的最终目的是为了教会学生学习的方法,让他们掌握必要的学科知识,并将知识融会贯通,增强他们的实践应用能力.为了克服高中物理学科的教学和学习难度,教师必须致力于培养学生的自主学习能力,在教学中渗透方法与技巧,不断发掘学生身上的潜力,构建高效的物理课堂.本文笔者结合自身实际,以人教版高中物理教材为例,围绕如何使学生学好物理展开了叙述.
