    Abstract：

    由于学生的个性、智力、习惯和学习基础等因素的差异,学生的写作水平大相径庭,实施分层作文教学,既是"以人为本"教学理念的深入贯彻,使不同写作水平的学生得到有针对性的指导与训练,又充分激发了学生对写作的兴趣及成就感.本文结合教学实践,对初中作文分层进行了研究和总结.
