    高中阶段,学生们的心智发展已经趋向成熟,逐渐形成了自己的三观和道德理念,在行为习惯和思想层面更加接近成年人.但在高中生身体和心理快速发展的背后,可能还隐藏着一些问题,对学生们的发展极为不利.因此需要做好学生的管理工作和德育工作,用教育的影响和先进的思想文化,引导学生树立正确的观念和行为习惯,帮助高中生更好的学习和成长.
