    Abstract：

    为了健全我国的教育体制,国家加大了对职业教育的发展,为了响应国家号召,推进本地区职业教育的有序发展,本市也开展示范校的举措,以为国家的发展、社会的进步培养更多的专业人才.文章以数控技术专业为研究对象,分析了职业院校人才培养模式改革的内涵,并提出了具体的解决措施,以希望可以完善职业院校人才培养模式,推动职业院校教学的有效改革和创新,推进职业院校数控技术应用专业的有序开展.
